This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dodo SBS Limited ("Licensor", "we", "us") for the use of the Meku Business mobile application (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
This EULA is a supplement to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail for matters of service access and billing; this EULA shall prevail for matters concerning the App licence itself.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable subscription fees, Dodo SBS Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your own business management purposes.
This licence does not grant you any rights to the underlying source code, intellectual property, or infrastructure of the Service.

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Dodo SBS Limited and title thereto remains in Dodo SBS Limited at all times. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to Dodo SBS Limited. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the App is transferred to you.
The App may incorporate open-source software components. Each such component is subject to its own licence terms. The applicable licences are included in the App's acknowledgements. This EULA does not limit your rights under, or grant you rights that supersede, the licence terms of any open-source component.
Dodo SBS Limited may from time to time provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App ("Updates") through the Google Play Store. Updates may be required to continue using the Service. This EULA applies to all Updates unless a separate licence accompanies the Update, in which case the separate licence governs.
The App collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing. The App requires the following Android permissions to function:
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice from Dodo SBS Limited, if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession. Dodo SBS Limited may also terminate this licence by discontinuing the App or the Service with 30 days' notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Dodo SBS Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Dodo SBS Limited does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dodo SBS Limited be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the App, even if Dodo SBS Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Dodo SBS Limited's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to this EULA shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Dodo SBS Limited consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arusha, Tanzania for any disputes arising under this EULA.
